Kelis commanded the dance floor with her 2010 album Flesh Tone. But the singer returns to a more retro sound on “Call On Me,” produced by TV on the Radio’s Dave Sitek. She spreads some sunshine on the feel-good tune, soaring over funky horns and whistles.
The song will be released on Sitek’s Federal Prism label. Kelis reportedly also has two albums in the works.
