Kendrick Lamar brought Compton to New Orleans while performing at NBA All-Star Saturday Night. Prior to the Sprite Slam Dunk contest, the Grammy-nominated rapper served up a slam dunk performance during the entertainment series at Smoothie King Center.
Wearing a black hoodie and Air Yeezy II Red Octobers, Kendrick took the court to perform a medley of “m.A.A.d city” and “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe” as Drake, Ludacris, Nelly, and Kevin Hart looked on.
During Sunday’s All-Star Game, Pharrell will perform with special guests Diddy, Nelly, Snoop Dogg, and Busta Rhymes during player introductions, while Janelle Monáe and Earth, Wind, & Fire rock the halftime show.
