Ashanti heads to the islands with the “King of the Dancehall” Beenie Man on her flirty new single “First Real Love,” produced by Teetimus. The R&B diva effortlessly rides the riddim, while the Jamaican superstar adds his reggae flavor.
“It’s my first real love and I don’t want to lose it now / But every time we get so close, I feel that love will lose us both / It’s my first real love out of all,” coos Ashanti.
The song is taken off her upcoming album Braveheart , due March 4. In addition to Beenie, she has collaborated with Rick Ross, French Montana, and Jeremih.
