Alicia Keys is going back to basics. The pregnant songstress has debuted a 14-second teaser of a new song called “I Am Here” via Instagram. She rocks braids reminiscent of her “Fallin’” days while playing a piano and singing the lyrics: “We are here, we are here for all of us.”
“This is how I’ve been feeling,” said Alicia.
In addition to preparing for the December arrival of her second child, she is working on a new album.
“What I know for a fact is it’s the best music I’ve ever done in my life yet and it’s really exciting to be able to have this kind of growth, this type of opportunity,” she told the AP. “The music’s actually pretty much done already and so you’ll be hearing some of it soon.”
