K. Michelle channels jazz legend Billie Holiday in the cinematic video for “Something About the Night,” one of the cuts off her new album Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart?
After having a few too many drinks, the R&B songstress hits the stage and gives the audience a show they won’t forget. The guys can’t take their eyes off her, but backstage, K unravels and lashes out at the club promoter, who’s using her to get paid.
“I’m the star! They came to see me. This is my show!” declares a drunk K before falling to the floor.
