2 Chainz went live on Tuesday night’s episode of “Nancy Grace” to advocate for marijuana legalization. The father of two, who graduated from college with a 4.0 GPA, held his own as he engaged in a heated debate with the HLN host.
“I feel like everybody should basically take care of their own,” said 2 Chainz in response to reports of parents exposing their kids to pot. “It’s about governing your own household.”
Grace showed him a video of a mother giving pot to her toddler, and 2 Chainz called her out as a “bonehead.”

The former drug dealer explained why pot should be legalized. “It could cut out certain things in the criminal justice system as far as the overcrowding of prisons, as far as putting this on our criminal records to prevent us from getting loans, to prevent us from getting homes.”
He used his 2013 tour bus case as an example and argued that policing marijuana is a waste of taxpayers’ money.
