Benzino is not starting 2015 off on the right foot. He's been arrested for the second time this year and it's only February.
After being stopped by the police for riding around with no seat belt on, the former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star was caught riding dirty. Cops searched his car during the stop and found marijuana. It was also discovered that 'Zino was driving with a suspended license. He was then hauled off to jail and charged with belt violation, suspended license and possession of marijuana. His bail is set at $2,269.
Benzino was also thrown in the slammer in January when he was caught trying to smuggle a gun through the security checkpoint at an Atlanta airport.
