(AllHipHop News) G.O.O.D. Music affiliates Common and John Legend took home the Academy Award for Best Original Song at last night's ceremony. The duo also performed "Glory" from the film Selma during the broadcast.
With the win, Common joins Eminem ("Lose Yourself") and Three 6 Mafia's Juicy J and DJ Paul ("It's Hard Out Here For A Pimp") as the only Hip Hop acts to be awarded an Oscar. Com and Legend's "Glory" won the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song in January as well.
