A Philadelphia man has been charged with the murder of celebrity tour manager 29-year-old Devon Pickett. According to Page Six, Homicide Capt. James Clark has confirmed that 31-year-old Pierce Boykin has been charged with Pickett's murder. Boykin has already been charged with attempted murder for leaving another member of Minaj's crew severely wounded. Boykin is currently in custody.

Pickett and Eric Parker were stabbed at the Che Bar & Grill in Philadelphia's West Oak Lane neighborhood last month after a verbal altercation turned physical. Pickett and Boykin were allegedly arguing over a woman who worked at the bar.
Pickett was in town for Minaj's tour rehearsal.
