Cissy Houston, Bobbi Kristina' grandmother, has released a statement that expounds on what her father Bobby has relayed to people. However, the news is not as encouraging as initially believed.
While, Bobbi is out of her coma, she is still unresponsive. One published report stated that the brain damage is irreversible.
Cissy Houston said in a statement, "While she is no longer in a medically induced coma she has a tracheotomy and according to the doctors she has global and irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive. Meeting with the doctors and understanding that she can live in this condition for a lifetime truly saddens me. We can only trust in God for a miracle at this time."
Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in a bathtub.
