During his performance at KMEL Summer Jam in Oakland, Lil Wayne decided to surprise the crowd with an announcement. "I just signed a deal with my motherf*cking idol, Jay-Z," Wayne said to cheering fans.
Wayne didn't specify whether he was referring to a deal with Roc Nation, or simply releasing his music through TIDAL.
