Over the weekend, Jeremih was hauled off to the jail over the weekend when he got a little too turned up for his birthday.
According to TMZ, the Chicago crooner was pulled over by California Highway Patrol around 2:15 a.m on July 17th. He was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and spent the night behind bars.

The "Birthday Sex" singer's bail was set at $15,000 and he was released the next morning.
This isn't his first run in with the law, though. The 28-year-old was also arrested in December of 2014 for disorderly conduct and obstruction of the law. He was also arrested in November when he and his entourage allegedly threw bottles a manager at a Montana Fuddruckers restaurant after accusing him of being racist.
