Reality star Real has succumbed to cancer after a long bout with the disease.
Ahmad "Real" Givens was a popular star on VH1's "Real Chance of Love" when it ran in the late 2000's.
His brother and co-star Chance revealed that Real has died.
"I'll see you one day soon we shall dance again in God's kingdom forever and ever bro words can't describe my pain world pray for me," Chance posted online.
The sibling said that his brother took a bad fall and was limited to a bed, according to a TMZ report.
He died on Friday after having difficulty seeing and speaking.
Real had Stage 4 cancer and had been doing much better after getting treatment since 2013.
