(AllHipHop News) Back in 2009, 50 Cent was feuding with Rick Ross. One of the G-Unit boss' attacks against Rozay was leaking sexual footage of Lastonia Leviston – the mother of Ross' child. Leviston filed a mental and emotional distress lawsuit against 50 in 2010, and now a judge is ordering that the case move to trial this summer.

The New York Daily News reports Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Paul Wooten has ruled jury selection will begin May 26 and the trial will begin sometime after that date. 50 and Leviston are expected to testify.
Leviston accuses 50 of releasing a sex tape of her and then boyfriend Maurice Murray as revenge against Ross. 50 has admitted to altering the tape by editing himself into the footage but denies he uploaded it to the Internet.
Murray allegedly gave the tape to 50. His face was blurred on the tape, but Leviston's was not. She claims the ordeal caused her to become suicidal.
